DELIVERY OPTIONS

Deliveroo
Order straight to your door on the Deliveroo app *Available in selected locations.
You can download the Deliveroo app from the App Store or Google Play. After that, simply log in or create an account (if you don't already have one) and search for us, The Perfume Shop.
Type in your postcode or just type in The Perfume Shop to find the nearest store that delivers locally to you.
You can track the progress of your delivery via the app, and your perfume will arrive the same day

Standard Delivery for Members
Standard Delivery is available for Eire addresses only.
Our deliveries are fulfilled by An Post
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
Delivery does not require signature.
Standard Delivery For Non-Members
Standard Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered from our Dublin warehouse.
Standard Delivery is available for Eire addresses only.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available for Eire addresses only.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day and delivered in 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays). Orders containing personalised and gift-wrapped products must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and these will be despatched on the same day and delivered the next working day.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding public holidays). Orders that are despatched on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect Standard (3 to 5 working days)
Orders will be available to collect in your chosen store in 3 to 5 working days. Items are usually processed and ready for collection after 2:00pm. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Please check your chosen store's opening times.

Click & Collect Express
We fulfil your order using the stock that is already in your chosen store, reducing our reliance on courier services. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be available to collect the next day. Please check your chosen store's opening times.
Click & Collect is available from all of our stores.
Click & Collect Express orders are available in 30 minutes depending on stock availability in your chosen store. Please check store closing times before collection.

Who do you use for delivery?
What if i'm not home for my delivery?
When your parcel is with the courier, you may be able to request a change, either to collect it from an available collection point or specify your preferred safe place.
If you have any concerns about the safe place delivery, we advise ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel in person.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
You'll also need one of the following:

Payment card used to place order
If someone collects your order for you, they must bring your collection email and a form of your ID. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any orders collected on your behalf once they have left our store.

Can I change my mind once my order has been confirmed?
Once a click and collect order has been placed unfortunately it cannot be amended. If you no longer require the item, once you've received your delivery confirmation please contact your chosen store directly who can arrange for your order to be refunded.
