Click & Collect Express (2hrs)

Orders placed before 4:00pm will be available to collect in your selected store in 2hrs. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be available to collect the next working day. Please check your chosen stores opening times.

Click and Collect Standard

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be available to collect in your chosen store within 2-4 working days (after 2:00pm). Orders that have been placed on a Friday (after 3:00pm) - Sunday will be available for collection on Wednesday (after 2:00pm).

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be ready to collect in 3-4 working days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

 

 

Returns

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 90 days. In this case you can either:

Return to Customer Services. To return your item to customer services, contact us on 1890 989 417 and we can arrange collection of the product.

OR

Return your product to your nearest store for an exchange or refund. If you decide to return your product to store then you MUST take your proof of purchase* with you that you received by email when your order was dispatched. No return can be completed in store without it. Any return to store must be done within 90 days, and the product must be returned unused and unopened.

Items that have been engraved or personalised in any way cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
