Everyone has enhanced holiday entitlement take time away from work to recharge. Plus, in the UK everyone has access to Aviva Digicare which provides a digital GP service. For those in Ireland, we provide a virtual GP service. We have a valued partnership with The Retail Trust - offering independent, confidential support and advice on a wide range of issues.

From fundraising events to volunteering, our team actively gives back—whether at food banks, in our ‘Scentsory Garden’ at Keech Hospice, or through community initiatives.

Last year we launched our Reverse Mentoring scheme where a team of Gen Z Perfume People paired up with our Leadership & Senior Management Teams to see what they could learn from each other.
