Diesel is first and foremost the story of a man: Renzo Rosso, born in the North of Italy in 1955. He began to design his own clothes, and founded Diesel in 1978. Today, Diesel continues to blaze its own trail. It is on a continuing mission to challenge the status quo, experiment with the new ideas, innovate and provoke.
