at the Fragrance Foundation Awards 2019
The Perfume Shop celebrates Rising Star award success
This week The Perfume Shop celebrates one of its team collecting a prestigious award at the Retail Week Rising Stars Awards which took place on 5th October in central London.
Thea Wilson, CRM, Insight & Data Manager at The Perfume Shop, collected her award for Marketing or Social Media Individual of the Year 2017.
Thea was recognised for her part in making The Perfume Shop's Rewards Club such a success, it currently has near to three million members, as well as taking on new challenges such as overhauling the retailer's Social Media platforms and content, data and insight.
Thea has worked for The Perfume Shop for just over two years where she has taken a key role in growing the Rewards Club and, with her team, worked hard to deliver annual increases in member sales through Rewards Club customer communication and innovative store incentives to drive CRM targets.
Thea said: "It's so exciting to have won this award and it means so much to me and the business, especially as we celebrate the win in our 25th birthday year. As a team we have all worked hard over the last couple of years to develop the CRM and data department which has grown significantly, proving its increasing role of importance in the overall business strategy."
