Last year, we recycled 80.3% of waste from our distribution centre (83% target). Since 2019, we've saved over 61,000 litres of diesel by streamlining deliveries and continue to reduce mileage and emissions with our national fleet partner.

We are moving towards becoming digital, with customer-facing screens and app-based task management for colleagues. Where we control electricity purchasing, we use 100% renewable energy, and all lighting across stores, offices, and our warehouse is now LED, helping to lower energy use.

We're committed to reducing our overall energy consumption by 30% by 2030.
