Can I still redeem my redeem my Rewards Club points?

Our warehouse is now back open, but we appreciate you weren't able to shop with us for a while, so we're giving you more time to redeem your Rewards. We have extended our Perfume Points validity and any points due to expire between March and July will now be extended to remain on your account until August 31st 2020.

When will stores reopen?

We hope to reopen our stores again soon, but the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our top priority. We're monitoring the situation daily and when safe to do so, our stores will reopen.

If you need any support or fancy a chat, please get in touch with our Customer Services team who remain fully operational at this time.

Are you offering personalised services?

A few of our service are postponed at the moment, but we hope to have them up and running again soon! The following is currently not available:

- Engraving and embossing
- Gift wrapping

How long will deliveries take?

We have limited the number of warehouse colleagues on site, by only bringing in essential staff with staggered shift and break times. We're currently offering Standard Delivery and whilst we'll get your item shipped as soon as possible, we're asking you to allow 7 days in case of any courier delays. We’ve worked closely with our couriers to bring in a ‘touch-free' delivery and signing process for your items.

Can I return or exchange my item?

You can now return items back to our warehouse for a full refund. If you placed your order after 1 March, you've got until 31st August to get it back to us. If you'd prefer to return to store, just hold onto your item until our stores are able to reopen.
