If you are out when Nightline try to deliver your item, it may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will receive a calling card to collect your order or rearrange delivery at your nearest collection location. For information on tracking your delivery please click here
If your item isn’t collected within 14 days it will be returned back to us and we will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund. We will automatically refund your order if no contact is made within 7 working days.
