As the Store Manager you will be the driving force behind the stores performance and will be responsible for the store team.
An important part of your role will be to motivate and coach your team.
You need to encourage them to be as passionate as you are about the product and the success of your store.
There is plenty of opportunity to be creative and flexible in your role especially through driving sales.

• We do not expect you to be a fragrance specialist already.
• We offer a comprehensive training scheme which will equip you with all the knowledge that you need.
• We do however, expect you to have recent experience of a managerial role in a customer facing environment.
• We would also expect you to have a flexible and positive approach and be keen to experience ‘life’ in other stores.
• We may require you to travel for training and meetings which are an important part of enhancing your skills.
• We would expect all applicants applying for a role as a Store Manager to demonstrate that, in previous roles, they have had positive results orientated outlook, whether through sales, or store performance.
