Senior Sales Assistant

Do you currently have a Supervisor job title without the responsibility? Or do you perhaps have the responsibility but without the job title?

As part of the store management team, your role as a Senior Sales Assistant will be to support the Store Manager and Deputy Manager to drive performance in every aspect. In the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Manager, you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of the store and team.

We are keen to promote from within for the position of Deputy Manager and have developed a fantastic training scheme which offers the opportunity to develop both on and off the job. To apply for a Senior Sales Assistant role you do not have to be a fragrance specialist, the training given will equip you with this knowledge, however we do expect you to have recent experience in a supervisory role in a customer facing environment. We also need you to be able to show that you have been part of a successful team and that you have been committed to the role.
