Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager, your role will be supporting the Store Manager in leading a successful and motivated team and to drive the store performance.

As we are prefer to promote from within for the position of store manager, we have a fantastic training scheme which offers the opportunity to develop both on and off the job. To apply for a Deputy Managers role you do not have to be a fragrance specialist, our training will equip you with all knowledge that you need.

We do however, expect you to have recent experience in a managerial role in a customer facing environment and be able to show in your application that you have previous experience of team work. We also want you to have a passion for your team to succeed.
