QUICK AND EASY DELIVERY...

Delivery Service Details
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked™
Free of Charge
  • Despatched and delivered within 3-7 days.
  • Standard Delivery is available for UK addresses only.
  • If undelivered collect at your local selected Post Office® branch with an acceptable form of ID (within 21 days).
Next Day Delivery - Courier
£5.50 per order
  • For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, your order will be despatched on the same day.
  • A signature is required on Next Day Delivery orders.
  • Deliveries are made by the courier between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
  • Next Day Delivery is available for UK addresses only.

Delivery to other countries, BFPO & PO Box addresses

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK. This includes BFPO addresses. We are not able to deliver to a PO Box address.

Delivery timescales in rural areas and severe weather conditions

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
If you are concerned about delivery times please contact customer services.

What happens when there is no one in to receive your order?

Standard Delivery

If no one is available to receive your order a card will be posted through your letterbox. Your order will then be available to pick up from your local Post Office® branch with an acceptable form of ID. The Post Office® will hold on to the package for 21 days. If an item is not collected within the 21 days it will be returned back to The Perfume Shop. If we receive your order back, our customer service department will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund.
Please note if no contact is made within 7 working days we will automatically refund your order.

Next Day Delivery

We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. All Next Day Deliveries from The Perfume Shop will require a signature upon receipt of your order. If no one is available to sign for the delivery the courier will post a card through your letterbox. Redelivery will be attempted the next working day and another card will be left. To rearrange delivery please call the number on the card or alternatively contact customer services. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts it will be returned to The Perfume Shop and our customer service department will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund.
Please note if no contact is made within 7 working days we will automatically refund your order.
