Christmas Deliveries
QUICK AND EASY DELIVERY...
After 3pm Monday 22nd December 2008
Orders placed after 3pm on Monday 22nd December will be despatched after Christmas.
- Please note ALL orders require a signature on delivery.
- Please ensure you send your order to an address where you can sign for it. If you are not at the delivery address the driver will leave a card and we will attempt delivery again, however this is likely to be after Christmas.
- We do not usually despatch or deliver on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays – working days are Monday – Friday.

Before 3pm Friday December 2008 – Standard Delivery
Order by 3pm Friday December 19th for Delivery before Christmas using Standard Delivery £3.00
- Orders placed before 3pm on Friday 19th December will be despatched for delivery between now and Tuesday 23rd December (excludes rural areas).
- Please note ALL orders require a signature on delivery.
- Please ensure you send your order to an address where you can sign for it. If you are not in at the delivery address the driver will leave a card and we will attempt delivery again, but this could affect the receipt of your delivery before Christmas.
- We do not usually despatch or deliver on Saturday or Sunday – working days are Monday – Friday.

Before 3pm Friday December 2008 – Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed by 3pm Friday December 19th for Delivery before Christmas using Next Working Day Delivery £5.50 will be despatched as follows:
- Orders before 12noon – despatched same day for delivery the next working day (excludes rural areas).
- After 12 noon – despatched next working day for delivery the following working day (excludes rural areas).
- Please note ALL orders require a signature on delivery.
- Please ensure you send your order to an address where you can sign for it. If you are not in at the delivery address the driver will leave a card and we will attempt delivery again, but this could affect the receipt of your delivery before Christmas.
- We do not usually despatch or deliver on Saturday or Sunday – working days are Monday – Friday.

After 3pm Friday December 2008 – Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday 19th December using Next Working Day Delivery £5.50 will be despatched on Monday 22nd December for delivery Tuesday 23rd December.
- Whilst we will do our utmost to make sure your order gets to you on the 23rd December this may not be possible and we advise that you order before Friday 19th wherever possible.
- Please note ALL orders require a signature on delivery.
- Please ensure you send your order to an address where you can sign for it. If you are not at the delivery address the driver will leave a card and we will attempt delivery again, however this is likely to be after Christmas.
- We cannot deliver in time for Christmas to the Scottish Highlands and Islands after 3pm on Friday 19th.
- We do not usually despatch or deliver on Saturday or Sunday – working days are Monday – Friday.

We really want to make your Christmas special and try our best to ensure you receive your orders in time, however from time to time there may be delays which are beyond our control. Delivery to other countries, BFPO & PO Box addresses
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK, including BFPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses for security reasons. Additionally all orders require a signature on delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of orders if we believe the address is not secure. This could include, for example, communal postal addresses or hotels. If we find it necessary to cancel your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Timescales in Rural Areas
We cannot guarantee delivery to remote rural areas within our normal timescales. If you live in a remote area please allow extra time for delivery. If you are concerned about delivery times please contact us.
What happens when there is no one in to receive your order?
We deliver Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. All deliveries from The Perfume Shop require a signature upon receipt of the order. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery the driver will post a card through your letterbox. Redelivery will be attempted the next day, and another card will be left if there is no-one available. To rearrange delivery you can either call the number on the card or alternatively contact our Customer Services Team on 01494 894149 or by email on onlineservices@theperfumeshop.com.
