Delivery to other countries, BFPO & PO Box addresses
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK. This includes BFPO addresses. We are not able to deliver to a PO Box address.
Delivery timescales in rural areas and severe weather conditions
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

What happens when there is no one in to receive your order?
Standard Delivery - Tracked Service
If no one is available to receive your order a card will be posted through your letterbox. Your order will then be available to pick up from your local Post Office™ branch with an acceptable form of ID. The Post Office™ will hold on to the package for 14 days. If an item is not collected within the 14 days it will be returned back to The Perfume Shop. If we receive your order back, our customer service department will contact you either by phone or email to rearrange delivery or a refund.
Please note if no contact is made within 7 working days we will automatically refund your order.
Next Day Delivery - Interlink Express
If no one is available to receive your order a calling card will be posted through your letterbox. If you would like to rearrange delivery please contact our Customer Service Team.

What happens if I haven't received my order within the timescales stated?
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team to make them aware. This can take up to 10 working days for our Customer Service Team to investigate. You will be required to fill out a denial of receipt form for us to be able to start the investigation process. No resend or refund will be offered until after the investigation is complete and we have received your denial of receipt form.
